SAP Basis Engineer – Level 2 (L2)
Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience
Role Summary:
The L2 SAP Basis Engineer is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing SAP
environments, ensuring high availability, security, and smooth operations of ERP and ecommerce
platforms. This role provides technical support, performs proactive maintenance, and collaborates with
cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and support SAP ERP platforms (ECC, BW, PO, etc.).
• Duplicate SAP systems using SAP-approved data replication methods.
• Migrate SAP systems between platforms.
• Support the Global PO team in migrating interfaces to SAP Integration Suite.
• Plan and execute lifecycle activities to keep SAP ERP secure, functional, and supportable.
• Perform DR tests and provide after-hours support on a rotating 24x7 schedule.
