SAP Basis Consultant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensuring 24/7 SAP system availability.
2. Responsible for Managing User/Client Administration, Authorization Management, System Performance Management, Audit Management, Transport Management System, Background Job, Patches installation, System Backup & Recovery, Kernel Upgrade, OS & Database Maintenance for Group wide.
3. Responsible to manage SAP Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery.
4. Ensure Optimum server performance and Preventive maintenance to keep daily operation smooth
5. Manage SAP daily support ticket within defined Service Level
6. Custodian for SAP System Architecture, Hardware, and integration landscape
7. Direct reporting to IT Manager and work closely other IT pillar.
8. Manage and liaise with third party vendor
9. Deliver all IT projects on time
