Business Requirements Elicitation and Process Flows (65%)

• Take ideas from the business and translate them into requirements/user stories for application developers.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions with business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and reviews.
• Ensure requirements captured are clear (i.e. written in business language), accurate and detailed enough to support downstream design, development activities efficiently and effectively – i.e. leave no opportunity for “interpretation” of the business requirement by others.
• Analyse, document E-2-E business processes and flows “AS IS” vs. “TO BE”, and communicate impact of changes for implementation planning.
• Update requirements document as required to keep them current.
• Support IT processes to help ensure seamless transition from test production.
