SAP Business Objects

We are seeking a highly skilled 
SAP Business Objects (SAP BO) Expert
 to provide 
on-prem operational (Run) support
 for enterprise reporting platforms and supporting infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring 
system stability, security, SLA compliance, and capacity management
 across 
on-prem and cloud environments
.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 
  day-to-day operational support
   for 
  SAP Business Objects on-prem environments
  .
• Administer and support 
  Business Objects Gateways
   and core BO server components.
• Perform 
  server operational and security monitoring
   across enterprise environments, not limited to Business Objects servers.
• Monitor, track, and report on 
  operational SLAs
   to ensure service commitments are met.
• Conduct 
  capacity monitoring and forecasting
   for both 
  on-prem and cloud
   platforms.
