SAP Client Delivery Manager - montcalm (Laurentides)

Overview

Client Delivery Manager (CDM) MEE — You will be the main point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers, including RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), and Cloud Application Services (CAS). You will align with customers, plan and steer the engagement together with them, and act as the customer’s ambassador in the Enterprise Cloud Services organization to drive the business in a dynamic environment. Your main goals are customer satisfaction and commercial success while driving end-to-end customer engagement through onboarding, run, and renewal phases. Responsibilities
