We are looking for a SAP Commerce Cloud Technical Support Engineer to keep our commerce platform stable and reliable through incident resolution, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities
- Resolve SAP Commerce Cloud incidents to restore service within agreed timelines
- Monitor platform health and service indicators to ensure system stability
- Troubleshoot application and environment issues to identify root causes
- Investigate recurring problems and propose corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain operational runbooks and incident records to support reliable delivery
- Coordinate escalations and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Support continuous service performance by validating fixes and tracking outcomes
