Responsibilities

• AMS Ticket Resolution
  • Lead the resolution of complex AMS support tickets related to travel bookings, expense reporting, invoice processing, and system integrations.
  • Perform rootcause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and provide clear communication to stakeholders on ticket progress and resolution.
• System Configuration & Optimization
  • Configure and maintain Concur modules (Travel, Expense, Invoice) to align with client requirements.
  • Optimize workflows to reduce errors in expense reporting and approval processes.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Integration & Data Management
