What do you need to succeed
- 5+ years experience within an IT organization, experience in PI/PO, CPI is a MUST
- JAVA preferable/
- Passionate about technology and/or programming
- Professional English and ideally one other European language
- A strong customer service focused personality
- A Continuous Improvement mindset
- Ability to work according to procedures and best practices
- Capable to work in a diverse, global team that runs 24/7
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Familiarity with basic integration concepts (e.g. APIs, Service Oriented Architecture, ESB)
- Basic Programming experience
- Working experience with JIRA service desk or similar solutions
- Comfortable with hybrid work environment from our Pune, India office.
