A leading global technology consulting organisation is seeking an experienced SAP CRM / Customer Experience Lead to support a major Utilities client in Melbourne.
This is a senior leadership role within a large-scale transformation programme, responsible for delivering SAP CRM / CX solutions that support customer service, case management, billing interactions, and digital engagement.
The Role:
You will lead the design and delivery of SAP CRM / Customer Experience solutions, ensuring seamless integration with S/4HANA and broader enterprise systems.

• Leading end-to-end solution design and implementation
• Facilitating workshops with customer service and billing stakeholders
