Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Cutover Manager to lead and execute cutover activities for a large-scale SAP S/HANA transformation program. This is a critical leadership role requiring strong experience in SAP implementation planning, execution, and go-live support across global business units. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end cutover strategy for SAP S/HANA implementations (Greenfield or Brownfield).

  • Develop and maintain detailed cutover plans, runbooks, and checklists across all workstreams.

  • Coordinate and lead mock cutovers, dry runs, and go-live rehearsals.

  • Conduct cutover workshops and readiness reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
