Testing Skills on SAP Datasphere:

• Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, Analytical Models.
• Semantic modelling and business layer design.
• Deep understanding of HR processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Compensation.
• Familiarity with HR KPIs and metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs.
• Modelling data from Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation modules.
• Data harmonisation, transformation, and governance.
• Experience with MDFC/CDW or similar HR data warehouses.
• Knowledge of SAC Planning and integration with Datasphere.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and security.
