Job Description

                    Responsibilities  End‑to‑end ownership of all Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll issues, fixes, and enhancements. 
Ensure efficient incident management, impact assessment, root‑cause analysis, solution design, and release planning. 
Approval coordination and sign‑off in line with the Client approval matrix. 
Ensuring EC changes do not introduce unintended payroll, downstream, or cross‑entity impacts. 
Primary ownership of Employee Central Reporting. 
Functional and governance oversight for Employee Central Payroll, including:  Investigation and resolution of payroll discrepancies, data mapping issues, and reconciliation variances. 
Support of payroll testing cycles, upgrades, patches, and statutory/compliance updates. 
Validation of the accuracy and reliability of payroll reports and statutory outputs.
