Job Description
: Resolve tickets, incidents, and problems related to SAP FICO systems.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure system stability.
Collaborate with clients to identify and troubleshoot system issues.
Proactively enhance the reliability and performance of SAP FICO systems.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
3+ years of experience in SAP FICO, focusing on support and maintenance.
Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and maintenance tasks.
Solid understanding of accounting principles.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in incident and ticket resolution.
Excellent communication skills in English would be a plus point
Having a certification in SAP FICO would be beneficial
A commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration.
