Our client based in Toronto is seeking an experienced

SAP FICO / RTR Manager

to join a high-profile enterprise transformation initiative. This HYBRID role requires a strong SAP Finance lead with hands‑on implementation experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive finance workstreams within complex SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP Finance / RTR workstreams across large-scale SAP implementations

Facilitate business blueprinting, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions

Manage stream planning, governance, status reporting, risks/issues, and delivery execution

Support integrations across SAP modules including SD, MM, PM, HR, and SuccessFactors

Develop business process flows, test scripts, training materials, and project documentation

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across cross‑functional teams
