Requirements

Must to have:

• Responsible for leading the management, support, and optimization of functional processes within SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP QM (Quality Management), and SAP Fieldglass modules, ensuring operational continuity and the proper handling of incidents, requests, and improvements within the AMS support model.
• This role focuses on resolving complex tickets, performing root cause analysis, maintaining system stability, and driving continuous process improvement, ensuring compliance with established SLAs and end-user satisfaction.
• The Senior Consultant serves as the main escalation point for critical incidents, providing functional support and strategic guidance to maintenance, quality, procurement, human resources, and external services teams.
