About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM & Workday Project Manager to lead and manage the full end‑to‑end tenant preparation process for a global HR technology rollout.
This includes overseeing data anonymisation, coordinating global testing activities, and ensuring readiness across three key platforms: SAP HCM, Workday, and AssignmentPro.
This is a strategic, high‑visibility role supporting a global implementation environment.
Work Model by Location
Malaysia: 3 days onsite + 2 days remote
India: 3 days onsite + 2 days remote
Philippines: Fully remote (5 days per week)
