SAP HR Integration Specialist

Position SAP HR Integration Specialist (Fixed-Term – 18 months)

Introduction Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global HR Practices & Governance, this position is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of our HR and Payroll SuccessFactors integrations. Partnering with the HR team and business stakeholders, this role will be working across globally dispersed teams to ensure that integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems run seamlessly while ensuring high level of data accuracy and compliance with data security and privacy standards. This role will also be responsible for providing back end technical IAS/SSO support and secure access across SAP Cloud applications.

Location This is a fixed-term position based at B2Gold’s Corporate Office in Vancouver, Canada. The role follows our hybrid work model of four days in-office and one day remote each week.
