SAP Human Capital Management Consultant - Saudi Arabia

Overview

An SAP HCM consultant implements and manages SAP HCM modules to help HR teams streamline processes and improve employee experiences. They also work with clients to build relationships and develop proposals. Human Capital Management Consultants work closely with HR teams and top management to design and roll out programs that enhance employee productivity, retention, and satisfaction. This may include developing training programs, performance appraisal systems, and employee development plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess the feasibility of client requirements, impacts and gaps in the standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors. Participate in the accurate creation and updating of Configuration Workbooks.

Qualifications

• SAP HCM consultants should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also understand SAP systems and be able to address complex HR challenges.
