Position Title: SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Trainee

We are looking for a motivated SAP HCM Trainee who is eager to build a career in SAP and HR systems. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR processes and foundational knowledge of SAP HCM. This role offers hands-on learning and exposure to real-time SAP HCM projects and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management
• Support HR data entry, validation, and record maintenance in SAP
• Participate in requirement gathering and documentation
• Assist in testing activities and issue tracking
• Support preparation of user guides and training materials
• Coordinate with functional teams for issue resolution and system updates
• Learn and follow SAP best practices and documentation standards
