Job Description
The SAP Support Analyst will act as the first point of contact for SAP users within a General Insurance environment. The role is responsible for handling both routine and complex SAP incidents, performing initial analysis, and coordinating with internal and external support teams to ensure timely resolution and uninterrupted business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for SAP-related issues across General Insurance business functions.
- Log, analyze, and troubleshoot reported incidents to determine resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Reassign and track tickets to relevant support teams, ensuring issues are followed through to closure.
- Coordinate with Production Support, Development Teams, and other internal stakeholders to resolve incidents effectively.
- Ensure system defects are properly reviewed, tested, and validated prior to production deployment.
