Sap Manager (Basis And Security)

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a team of multiple GSRs in Mexico.Your direct manager will be located in the US.Your primary objective will be to create a new Shared Service for SAP Basis and Security & Controls (SnC) that will support the existing dedicated Basis and SnC teams.You will lead a team of 8 GSRs in Mexico.You will streamline and document processes across the various dedicated teams to enhance the efficiency of your Shared Service team and alleviate the workload of the existing teams.You will work closely with all other LL6s across the globe, as this will be a highly collaborative team.Educational BackgroundBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.A master's degree is a plus.ExperienceMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP Basis and Security & Controls.Minimum of 2 years of proven experience leading and managing IT teams, preferably in a global or multi-location setting.Technic...
