With this new role, your responsibilities include:

Service delivery management and operational support, to ensure that KPI and SLA are met within the team.

Experienced in SAP functional support such as configuration, customisation, support, and change request.

Ad hoc project management in SAP system for SAP SD/MM.

What you'll need to succeed

Min of 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) or SAP Materials Management (SAP MM).
