SAP Onboarding and Recruitment Analyst

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, including configuration, implementation, and support. Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Candidate Experience Management (CXM), and Onboarding processes. Proven expertise in configuring business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, templates, and onboarding/recruiting forms. Working knowledge of integration technologies, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and middleware solutions for seamless system connectivity.
