Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 10 or more years of experience in SAP operations and application support.
• At least 3 or more years in a leadership or managerial role within SAP environments.
• ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification preferred.
• Experience managing hybrid support models (onshore/offshore).
• Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and governance in enterprise IT.
