Our client, an esteemed biotechnology company, is on the lookout for a Customer Service Executive based in Singapore to remotely support their expanding operations in Korea & Japan.
about the job
PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
Coordinate with purchasing & production departments on schedule arrangements
Weekly re-schedule report to customers
Provide costing to sales person on new projects
Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g. documentation and shipment status) and complex sales order resolution
Process Customer's orders until delivery in accordance with the order processing system (IFS system)
Maintain Filing System of all Sales and Stocks related documents
Assist in Financial Audit and Stock Count Exercise
