**POSITION SUMMARY:**

The IT Business Applications Analyst enables the business’ efficient and effective use of the SAP S/4 environment. The analyst provides day-to-day support, ongoing process improvement, and project resource. The Business Analyst is a liaison between business areas and the IT organization; sets customer expectations, communicates effectively with the business and technical teams.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Configure Order-to-Cash and/or Customer Service modules in SAP S/4 and other HANA business systems across multiple functional areas; implement business processes and improvements based on Sr. direction.
+ Assist user community in analyzing and defining needs; solicit requirements and create detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
