Job Description

The Sr. IT Business Applications Analyst enables the business’ efficient and effective use of the SAP S/4 environment. The analyst provides day-to-day support, ongoing process improvement, strategic system direction and implementation of new functionality. The Sr. Business Analyst is a liaison between business areas and the IT organization; sets customer expectations, communicates effectively with the business and technical teams and provides timely project status. The Sr. IT Business Applications Analyst also provides project management and mentoring.  
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  
Configure Order-to-Cash and/or Customer Service modules in SAP S/4 and other HANA business systems across multiple functional areas; defines business processes, improvements, system scope, and business objectives. 
Assist user community in analyzing and defining needs; solicit requirements and create detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
