SAP OTC Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD OTC processes including pricing, billing, invoicing, and billing plans
• Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle , including sales order processing and revenue flows
• Drive cross-functional integration with MM, FI, LE and HCM
• Collaborate with technical teams on custom Fiori app development
• Support integration with external OMS / eCommerce platforms
• Lead design and implementation of flexible workflows and BRF+ solutions
• Deliver expertise in IDocs, Vertex tax integration , and system interfaces
• Contribute to rollouts, support engagements, and transformation programmes
• Develop functional and technical specifications aligned to business needs
• Bring in industry best practices across SAP OTC processes
