The role:

Building trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients, helps the client to identify/define needs and manages client/business expectations
Develop business continuity plans and conduct business performance reviews across operational metrics with internal stakeholders to solve problems and provide actionable insights
Ensuring that the system issues are in accordance with the agreed SLAs stated in the contract
Delivering project/program KPIs such as Cost, Quality, Business Impact, CSAT impact
Manage project/program risks, create risk mitigation plans and setup governance to keep projects on track
Driving Pre-sales, RFP/RFI/proposal building, client presentations, customer workshops
