Required Skills:

• Overall 5 years of experience of which minimum 3 years should have been in project management – Here we need to focus max to 5 yrs as it is the experience focus area and ultimately leads to more cost
• Proven experience in leading SAP Implementation projects (should have handled at least 2 implementations end to end) Even if person has SAP support experience focus needs to be on E2E implementation
• MUST have strong Functional knowledge in any of the SAP Modules like FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM.
• EXCLUDE people with experience in ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW and HCM
• Focus on processes of P2P, OTC and R2R which is mandatory.
• MUST have worked on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC. SAP HANA experience is must as most of the clients are migrating to SAP HANA
