Job Description
Basic Functions:
SAP Project Managers are deployed on-site during implementation until the go-live period. The Project Manager or Project Lead should have extensive experience as an SAP Consultant who has undergone several full-cycle project implementations as they lead, manage, and coach SAP Consultants ensuring that the final solution is delivered based on contract conditions and SAP's standards. He/she is also a part of the sales process, so he/she should also have strong negotiation and management skills
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the business process analysis and engineering; from implementation—including project preparation; blueprinting; configuration, customization, and testing; end-user training; and overall client management of SAP clients.
Managing and leading the project team, supervises and coaches the junior consultants.
