**ADP is hiring an SAP S/4 HANA Functional Payroll Support Consultant.**

In this position you will provide expert level post production support, configuration, and advisory services for our GlobalView Payroll clients. This hybrid role can be based in our Alpharetta, GA office.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**

**Post-Production Support & Issue Resolution –**

+ Deliver 2 nd level support by investigating issues, identifying root causes, designing solutions, configuring system updates, and completing unit testing for client requirements within SLA timelines.
+ Document solutions, test results, and recommend changes.
+ Analyze the system behavior following Support Pack upgrades and work with the Basis team as needed.

**Functional Design & Configuration –**

+ Prepare functional specifications and change requests, including configuration details for SAP Payroll and Finance postings.
