The SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the dedicated SAP Stream/ Module is responsible for coordinating and driving rollout activities for the SAP module of a defined rollout location. The role ensures an efficient and compliant rollout at site, drives kickoff, fit‑to‑template and system‑test sessions, manages user stories via JIRA, coordinates data migration and validation, creates and executes cutover plans, orchestrates post Go‑Live activities, facilitates communication between key users and leadership, trains key users, coordinates rollout of CT tools, substitutes for the Rollout Lead, and gains full process overview across SAP modules.
