SAP S/4HANA CHANGE MANAGER

About the role

As the first dedicated Change Manager on the program, you’ll join at the very beginning and take full ownership of the change function across a complex, enterprise wide SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Duties

• Establish and lead the end-to-end change strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program
• Design and implement change frameworks, governance, stakeholder engagement and communications plans
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities across business units
• Partner closely with program leadership, functional streams and SMEs to embed change practices
• Build sustainable change capability for the duration of the multi-year transformation

• Proven experience delivering change on at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA program
