SAP S/4HANA FICO Specialist

Job Description Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA FICO
Design and deliver robust, business-aligned solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture standards.
Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA projects in accordance with global templates and strategic roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into system solutions.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, conduct fit-gap analyses, and lead solution design activities.
Prepare key project documentation, including business blueprints, functional specifications, technical reviews, RICEF lists, authorization matrices, test scenarios, UAT scripts, and end-user training materials.
Proactively identify and resolve system-related issues to ensure operational stability.
Maintain and update global SAP templates, while overseeing requests for localization or deviations.
