Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (S2P) Program Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of procurement and supply chain processes as part of a global SAP S/4HANA rollout program. The role includes ownership across SAP Activate phases—Explore, Realize, Testing, Deploy, and Run—and requires strong leadership, solutioning capability, and stakeholder management. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to support Puerto Rico and LATAM stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• 10–15+ years SAP experience in MM/S2P; solid S/4HANA implementation expertise; experience in global rollout programs.
• Lead the Source-to-Pay (Procure-to-Pay) lifecycle including sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and inventory integration. Ensure alignment with global SAP template and manage localization requirements.
