Job Description

                    Lead customer calls and manage client communications. 
Troubleshoot and resolve complex and priority issues within SLA. 
Provide on-call support during business and non-business hours. 
Technical Expertise 
Work with cross-module interfaces and ALE/IDOC. 
Debug and analyze interface failures end-to-end. 
Operations 
Manage order entry, processing, and customer order information. 
Handle ATP checks and EDI/email outputs for documents like 855, 856, and Smart Forms. 
Master Data Management 
Configure key Z tables and output setups. 
Logistics 
Oversee order dropping to BY (presumably Blue Yonder). 
Manage BY interfaces for transportation completion in SAP. 
Process invoices, credits, debits, and returns. 
Manage batch jobs and manual releases by AR. 
Configure outputs for 810 EDI/email or Smart Forms.
