SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management / SPCDP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant specializing in Performance Management, Goal Management, and Succession & Development Planning (SPCDP). This role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors PMGM/SPCDP modules, helping the business optimize performance and talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Performance Management, Goal Management, 360 Reviews, Competencies, Calibration, and Continuous Performance Management (CPM).
• Configure and manage Career Worksheets, Development Goals, Roles, Career Paths, and Competency assignments.
• Develop and maintain workflows, notifications, templates, permissions, and Job Profile Builder.
