Job Description SAP Solman/ChaRM Consultant - Open for Remote

Responsibilities

Experience in Configuring and Supporting SAP Solution Manager Change Request Management (ChaRM).

Experience in setting up and troubleshooting ChaRM functionality.

Experience in setting up Solution documentation and process management in SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN).

Experience in planning and execution of minor and major release cycles (Sustainment track and project track) in coordination with the release manager.

Experience in testing and documentation related to new enhancements with ChaRM-related functionality.

Configuring EWA alerts.

Presenting to and interacting with business process owners in the ChaRM environment.
