We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Success Factors Talent Module Expert with deep functional expertise across Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession Planning, and Performance & Goal Management.
The consultant will lead end-to-end implementations, enhancements, integrations, and release upgrades for talent solutions aligned with business and HR strategy.
Core Modules & Responsibilities
Learning Management (LMS)
Configure and support SAP Success Factors Learning
Manage items, curricula, programs, assignments, and learning history
Support blended learning, assessments, and reporting
Integrate external content providers and learning systems
Support quarterly releases, regression testing, and enhancements
Recruiting (RCM)
Configure recruiting templates, job requisitions, offers, and candidate workflows
