Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional to support our HR digital transformation journey. This role is employee-centric and change-focused , acting as a bridge between HR, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.

The ideal candidate will not be a hands‑on technical configurator but a functional advisor and change agent , capable of guiding users, driving adoption, and ensuring SAP SuccessFactors is used effectively across the organization.
