We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) . The ideal candidate has strong configuration skills, solid understanding of payroll processes, and hands-on experience delivering ECP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and support for Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
• Handle ECP setup including payroll calendars, pay components, pay groups, PCC, and replication.
• Manage integrations and ensure accurate data flow between EC, ECP, and external systems.
• Perform testing (SIT/UAT), parallel payroll runs, and support go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide expert-level functional support.
• Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
