We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support ongoing implementations, enhancements, and optimisation initiatives for a leading organisation based in Ireland. This is a contract role offering the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level HR transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the configuration, implementation, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Provide functional expertise across one or more SuccessFactors modules (see below)
Support integrations, testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live activities
