Job Description

Your Contribution:

Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environment

Rollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud application modules at MAHLE focusing Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Compensation

Solution design, customization, Implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes

Strategic development of the cloud landscape and the interface /integration with corresponding systems or add On - for example other cloud or on-premise applications

Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects
Your Experience and Qualifications:
Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable education

At least 3 years of experience in advising SAP SuccessFactors

Previous experience in IT project management (planning and implementation)
