SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-caliber SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our expanding SAP-Centre of Excellence team. The ideal candidate will lead, support, and optimize SuccessFactors modules across multiple business units, ensuring seamless HR digital transformation and best-practice adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, LMS, Onboarding, Compensation, Recruitment, etc.).
• Work closely with HR, Talent, and ICT teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Manage data migration, validation, permission structure, and system integrations.
• Execute quarterly release testing, regression checks, and enhancement rollouts.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and SOPs for HR teams & power users.
• Maintain effective governance for role-based permissions, workflows, and SoD controls.
