We are looking for an SAP Success Factors EC Time Off Consultant to support implementations and provide ongoing support for our clients. This is a permanent role which is largely remote.

Responsibilities Delivering full-cycle implementations of Success Factors Employee Central Time Off, including hands‑on experience with Employee Records, Time and Attendance, and Position Management. Ensuring the system adheres to local labour laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements related to time off and attendance. Integrating the Time Off module with other HR and financial systems to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy, particularly regarding payroll and benefits.
