Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Talent Acquisition modules
• Deliver full lifecycle implementations from discovery through to deployment and support
• Facilitate solution design workshops with clients to capture complex requirements
• Provide ongoing support and post-go-live services to clients
• Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
• Mentor junior consultants and share expertise across the team
