We’re looking for a hands-on SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant to manage and optimize People Analytics (Stories, Canvas, Tables with Macros ) across Core HR, Performance, Compensation, Talent, Succession, and LMS for a global workforce.

Must have 5+ years of SuccessFactors reporting experience, a strong understanding of HR data structures , and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.
