SAP SuccessFactors Specialist

The SAP SuccessFactors Specialist supports and continuously improves the organization’s HR technology and digital enablement landscape. The role acts as a subject matter expert across multiple HR systems, digital knowledge platforms, and emerging AI tools, ensuring stable operations, compliant configurations, effective knowledge sharing, and a strong employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Handle Digital HR-related concerns and initiatives.
• Perform back-end system configuration and administration.
• Manage and maintain Confluence and SharePoint platforms.
• Plan and coordinate system releases, regression testing, and post-release validation activities.
• Provide first- and second-level support for standard and complex HR cases, escalations, and service requests.
