SAP Support Specialist

Role Objective

The key objective of this role is to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP operations by providing daily system support, maintaining accurate master data, and coordinating with end users to resolve operational issues. The role aims to enhance data integrity, improve process efficiency, and support financial and inventory accuracy through effective SAP system management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in SAP support or SAP master data management.
• Practical exposure to SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, or related functional areas.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of GST, pricing structures, and inventory processes.
